1. Introduction By proceeding with this onboarding process, you ("Executive Applicant") are formally engaging with GRL PWR, a privately governed corporate enterprise. The following terms and conditions form a binding agreement under applicable U.S. and international commercial contract laws, and serve as a digital record of your intent and acknowledgment under the ESIGN Act of 2000. 2. Position & Designation You are being onboarded as an Executive Ad Manager. This is a designated leadership-based, non-hourly executive capacity. All compensation structures, responsibilities, and classifications reflect executive-level designation, including eligibility for non-wage-based income under equity, commission, or discretionary allocation models. 3. Compensation Structure Your compensation may include but is not limited to:- Lump-sum discretionary bonuses for participation in advertising initiatives- $1-for-$1 referral commission on onboarding deposit activity using your unique company code- Optional hourly wage classification (W-2) only if activated by written agreement for designated task-based assignments- Primary classification of income via IRS Form K-1, issued as a non-payroll distribution from corporate pass-through profits GRL PWR reserves the right to determine compensation models based on role activity and company performance without promise of guaranteed wage, salary, or base compensation unless formally activated under payroll contract. 4. Employment Classification Unless activated under W-2 payroll, your status shall be treated as a non-salaried executive with member or commission participation rights only. Submission of W-4 or I-9 documentation is required for corporate compliance but does not constitute employment until activated via corporate resolution. 5. Digital Consent & ESIGN Compliance By checking the acknowledgment box and proceeding with this onboarding, you agree that all actions, signatures, and acknowledgments provided during this digital process shall constitute valid legal consent under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN), enforceable as if signed physically. 6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Asset Protection You acknowledge that all models, strategies, and operational structures disclosed during or after onboarding are proprietary intellectual property of GRL PWR, protected under trade secret law. You shall not copy, redistribute, mimic, reproduce, reframe, publish, or disclose any portion of GRL PWR's internal operations, compensation models, or systems to any third party or competitor. Violation of this clause shall result in immediate disqualification, permanent ineligibility, and legal pursuit of injunctive relief and/or damages under state and federal law. 7. Use of Information You consent to the use of your submitted application data, including but not limited to name, email, and identifiers, for internal use in employment classification, compensation planning, member communications, and onboarding management. Additional legal documents or compensation structures may be presented at later stages of onboarding where required. 8. General Disclaimer GRL PWR Executive Hiring Terms & Conditions No terms herein guarantee employment, compensation, or benefits unless executed under a specific written assignment. Participation in this onboarding flow is voluntary and does not create legal obligations for GRL PWR to proceed with contracting. GRL PWR may terminate or reject any applicant without explanation. 9. Legal Jurisdiction This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky and applicable federal commercial codes. Arbitration shall be the exclusive method of dispute resolution, and all proceedings shall be held in the State of Kentucky unless otherwise agreed in writing
